The Aude Valley boasts a tradition of sparkling winemaking dating back to the sixteenth century, well before Dom Perignon in Champagne. Madame Coco was created by Le Chat Noir winemaker Hilde Chevillot to add a touch of class to any occasion.

Sourced from cool climate vineyards in the south of France, Madame Coco is a crisp and refreshing sparkling wine with an impressive depth of flavour – perfect as an Aperitif or served with oysters or other shellfish.
