Madame Coco Methode Traditionelle Brut NV, sourced primarily from the Aude Valley in the south of France, is a Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine, made exclusively from white wine grapes. The high altitude and mountain proximity of the Aude Valley results in cool evening breezes and nights that allow the creation of elegant sparkling wines. The region has been producing sparkling wines since the sixteenth century, a heritage that pre-dates Champagne by over a century.
Launched in October 2010, the wine can now be found in many restaurants and bottleshops across Sydney and Melbourne, with Brisbane and Perth soon to follow.
